Congratulations graduates!
Last Saturday, June 10, the graduation ceremony for the 2019-2023 class took place in the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, introduced by Cristina Puig, professor of the Bachelor Degree in Journalism and Corporate Communication, and by Albert Castillo, a student who had already completed the degree. The ceremony followed the theme of Blanquerna Airlines, which was chosen and developed by the Graduation Committee, composed mainly of students from the School of Communication and International Relations.

During the second semester, 12 Global Communication Management students participated in the GlobCom project, which involved 12 universities in the UK, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Spain (Blanquerna), South Africa, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, the USA (Emerson College) and India. They were accompanied by professors Alba Ramírez and Jordi Collell.

Professor Victoria Alcaraz, from the bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, visited Bahcesehir University in Istanbul (Turkey) under the umbrella of the Erasmus+ programme.

Dr. Conxita Mestres i Miralles, dean of the School of Health Sciences, becomes an Elect Corresponding Scholar of the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia (RAFC)
On the 12th of June, Dr. Conxita Mestres i Miralles joined the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia as an Elect Corresponding Scholar. During the event, she delivered the speech "Necessities of adapting the Pharmacy Studies Plan to the current and future situation", and was presented, on behalf of the Academy, by the Excma. Mrs. Dr. Rosa Núria Aleixandre i Cerarols.

Yesterday, Sunday 11th of June, five four-year students from the bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy carried out their clinical practices in Ripoll (Catalonia).

The alumni from the 2020 promotion Fernando Aguilera, graduate of the bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, has been recluted by the Massi UCI MTB Team to work as a physiotherapist for the MTB World Cup.
