Areas of focus

The Chair’s primary goal is to ensure that research findings inform the design of public equality policies that are tailored to the actual needs of women, girls, and adolescents, with the ultimate aim of preventing, detecting, and intervening in cases of gender-based violence.

Another key focus of the Chair is education, training, and advisory services related to gender-based violence. These advisory and consulting services are available to any service provider, center, organization, or institution upon request.
