And it will do so by bringing together, from March 13 to 17 at the Montjuïc site of Fira de Barcelona, almost 200 exhibitors from universities, including Blanquerna-URL, educational centers and academies from the public and private sector. In addition to this offer, there will be spaces and activities dedicated to personalized guidance, as well as the celebration of the International Fair of Simulated Companies.

"How to survive" the Saló de l’Ensenyament

There are only a few days left until the Fair starts, and you are planning to go. That's great!

It is a very good idea, but with so many stands and so many people visiting, it is very easy to get lost, overwhelmed, and distracted and, ultimately, miss the opportunity to gather first-hand information that can help you choose what and where you are going to study. That is why we at Blanquerna-URL suggest these steps to have a successful experience visiting the Saló de l’Ensenyament education fair.

What should you do before going to the Fair?

  • Ask yourself the questions that can best help you to decide.
  • Look for university degrees that fit these fields.
  • Find which universities offer the bachelor degree you want to study.
  • Make a list of the universities you want to visit at the Fair.
  • Now ask yourself what you expect to find in a university. What aspects are important to you?
  • Make a list of the questions you will ask at the stand.

The day of the Fair is here

  • Identify the locations of the universities that interest you, or that you think may be of interest to you in terms of their degree offerings.
  • Check if these universities schedule workshops, exhibitions, competitions, etc. at the Fair. It will be both rewarding and fun.
  • Don't forget to bring your list of questions on your phone or printed out. Gather all the information you can.
  • It is better to go with someone. It will help you to contrast the impressions you get from the explanations you receive.
  • If you are attending the Fair with your school or high school, ask the teachers to allow you to visit the universities that you have previously selected.

After the Fair

After a few days, when you feel like it, take the bags and the information you have taken with you from the various universities and make a choice. Keep everything that has value to you, and recycle what you don't want. Don't wait too long to do it so you don't forget!

With the material you have kept, underline what most strikes you and helps you to answer the questions you had asked yourself. Do you remember? You had made a list of what aspects were important to find in your chosen university.

If you are hesitating between more than one degree, look at the different study plans for the subjects taught, but especially those of the 3rd and 4th year. This is where you will be able to better appreciate the differences from one degree to the other, and you will be more productive!

Pre-enrollment open!

If you already know that you want to study at Blanquerna-URL, we remind you that pre-enrollment for the bachelor degrees taught in the three schools (School of Psychology, Education and Sports Sciences, School of Communication and International Relations and School of Health Sciences) for the 2024-2025 academic year is now open.

We also have several Open Days, so you can have a Blanquerna-URL experience first-hand.
