This course is primarily aimed at active workers, both employees and self-employed individuals. Public administration workers are excluded: Except for public administration personnel who can demonstrate, with a certificate, that the organization where they work is not covered by the Public Administration Training agreements and who contribute to Social Security for vocational training for employment.
Unemployed individuals registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC) may also participate.
To describe to education professionals the main features of the autism spectrum to consider in the classroom.
Module 1 Basic concepts regarding students with ASD 10 hours
Objective: To identify students with autism.
Module 2 Psychological assessment and pedagogical implications 15 hours
Objective: To define elements for guiding professional practice aimed at students with ASD within the framework of inclusive education.
Module 3 Teamwork and the interdisciplinary perspective 10 hours
Objective: To identify the interdisciplinary perspective for supporting families of students with ASD
Meet at least one of the following requirements:
- Level 1 Professional Certificate.
- Basic Professional Diploma (Basic Vocational Training)
- Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) Diploma or equivalent.
- Technician Diploma (Intermediate Vocational Training) or equivalent.
- Level 2 Professional Certificate.
- Having passed the entrance exam for Intermediate Vocational Training programs.
- Having passed any official university entrance exam.
Professional experience: Not required.
If applicants do not have the minimum academic level or professional experience, they can demonstrate sufficient knowledge and skills to successfully participate in the course.
Completing the course earns participants the Certificate/Diploma of Completion from the Consortium for Continuing Education of Catalonia.
Participants who need it may request a Specialization Certificate issued by the University.
