From 24th November to 15th December, the Generalitat de Catalunya has organized the Showcase of Spiritual Cinema of Catalonia, which this time will be held in addition to Barcelona, in Girona, Lleida and Tarragona as well.

Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations at the Ramon Llull University is offering two doctoral scholarships for a period of 3 or 4 years, depending on the type. The object of the call is to promote high-quality doctoral theses in one of the following areas of research:

On Sunday, November 1st, at 22:30h, BTV will air the three first episodes of the online programme «Otro cuento más», created by Communication Degree students, Nàdia Elgab, Laura Aran, Víctor Flores and Marc Andreu, with the help of professor Eva Santana.

Humour as a vital experience, as a social tool, as collective work - these were the guidelines for launching the classes, full of journalists and communicators with one sole objective: provoking laughter.

Along with the RAC1 radio programme team, La Segona Hora, more than 400 alumni came to the encounter to remember class stories and to chat with their former teachers, now professional colleagues.

The music festival Primavera Sound, the Festival Internacional de Cinema d’Autor and the Obrador Internacional de dramaturgia Sala Beckett are the new partners that the Master in Production and Cultural Communication Blanquerna has incorporated in this new edition.

Global communication, education in a technological world, the partnership between Nike and FCBarcelona and gastro-diplomacy will be some of the topics addressed in the three-day conference, held this week in Barcelona and sponsored by Emerson College of Boston and Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations.

For the first time, a group of students in the Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Degree in Journalism and Corporate Communication of Blanquerna FCRI will participate, side by side with the organization of the International Film Festival of Catalonia in Sitges in management of Sitges TV Channel.
