The Academy includes more than 2,000 professionals and more than 100 doctors and professors. Its purpose is, among others, evidence-based nutrition and dietetics, as well as the review, study and scientific positioning of Human Nutrition, Dietetics and Food. Thus, it also has a strong vocation for spreading knowledge.

This agreement has been signed with the aim of establishing a space for collaboration between both institutions regarding the development of teaching, research and university outreach projects and activities. The collaboration is based on a program developed by the Academy called “UNIVERSITAS” that proposes the development of joint projects and activities in areas of nutrition based on scientific evidence, critical thinking and the promotion of research among students.
