Lecture on Branded Content

The School will host a day on branded content in the Auditorium, with the participation of the senior vice president of Global Advertising from The New York Times, Mr. Jean-Christophe Demarta.

The event, which is part of a research project financed through the National Plan of the Ministry of Economy, directed by the Deputy Director, Dr. Josep Lluís Micó, will be divided into two parts. After the opening ceremony, the dean of the School, Dr. Josep Maria Carbonell, and the director of NacióDigital, Karma Peiró, will be joined by Ismael Nafría, media consultant and author of "The reinvention of The New York Times".

The conference will look in depth at the way the US media works content branding. Following this, Demarta will explain the case of The New York Times. His speech will be in English, without simultaneous translation. It is an event open to everyone.
