«Sitges Next», the festival of innovation in communication and new media

Sitges will host on 17 and 18 April the first call of «Sitges Next», the international festival of innovation in communication and new media, created with the intention of bringing together the main creative industries in the field of media and new technologies, and to serve as a stimulus to creativity and to national and international talent.

«Sitges Next» is an initiative of the City Council of Sitges and of the Catalan Institute of Cultural Enterprises (ICEC), and is organized by the Sitges Foundation - International Film Festival of Catalonia, directed by Professor Xavier Duran.

At the presentation of the Festival, on behalf of the School, Professor Antoni Solanilla, director of the Degree in Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing, and Professor Eva Santana, Public Relations and Marketing, participated, both as members of the advisory board.

The Festival is created with the desire to become an indispensable event for communication lovers, emerging talents, entrepreneurship in new media and new media society of which we are part.
