Blanquerna FCRI coorganizes a congress in Bangkok and signs an agreement with Chulalongkorn University

The agreement was signed by the Dean Josep Maria Carbonell, in the congress entitled «Cross-Cultural Communication Conference 2016» organized jointly by the two universities in conjunction with the universities of Bournemouth (England), Zayed (United Arab Emirates) and Emerson College (USA), where the dean gave the closing conference entitled «Cross-cultural communication, public diplomacy and soft regulation in global society.»

This congress also included several Professors of the School, including Enric Ordeix, Josep Rom and Jordi Botey, as well as several international teachers: Pavel Slutzky (Chulalongkorn- Thailand), Gaelle Duthler (Zayed University-AbuDhabi) and Gregory Payne (Emerson College -Boston), from the master MA-Strategic Management in Global Communication, taught in our faculty.

Is the first congress organized by Blanquerna in Asia. Researchers from 20 countries have participated in this first edition with an acceptance rate of 64% abstracts. The best research papers will be published in a special edition of the Journal of Promotional Management, published by Taylor & Francis, which will be coordinated by Professor Enric Ordeix.
