Twentieth Anniversary of Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations

October 30, 2014

On October 29th, took place the commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations, held in the Auditorium of the CCCB.

The celebration was hosted by journalist Agnès Marqués, news anchor of TV3’s Weekend edition, and student of the fifth graduating class in the field of journalism.

The main conference was conducted by Roberto Lacayo, executive producer for NY1 Noticias, a Time Warner Cable company. This is the first 24-hour news channel in Spanish for the city of New York.

The tenor and student of the first graduating class, Roger Padullés performed a musical piece, and the corporate vídeo "Now that we’re 20”, was screened.

During these two decades of educating students in the world of communication, our School has awarded bachelor degrees to 6,500 professionals. We think it is time we shared this legacy together.
