The showings of "Giza, the girl in the suitcase" (2014) and "Menazka (The pan)" (2016) were attended by the Ambassador of Uruguay in Israel, Néstor Alejandro Rosa, the Consul General of Uruguay in Tel Aviv, Giancarlo Ghibaudi Subotin, the director of the Cervantes Institute in Tel Aviv, Carmen Álvarez, as well as different representatives of the Spanish Embassy in Israel and the Catalan, Uruguayan and Argentinean communities, as well as the director and the composer, Jaume Pedrós.
The room was filled in the two sessions, which were accompanied by a subsequent colloquium led by Perla Engelman Bawnik, from the Council of the Voluntary Organizations Tel Aviv-Yafo, and attended by the director, David Serrano, the composer, Jaume Pedrós. The second documentary was attended by Isaac Borojovich, who traveled from Uruguay to be present at the event. Between the two sessions, the official ceremony of the government of Israel took place.
