- The alliance enables the development of new lifelong learning programs under the Blanquerna Extended brand.
- The collaboration will drive educational innovation, research, and the evolution of the teaching model through the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Founderz, the business school specializing in artificial intelligence, and Blanquerna-Universitat Ramon Llull have signed a collaborative agreement to promote a new online learning model that will combine artificial intelligence, personalized learning, and new educational technologies.
As part of Blanquerna-URL’s educational innovation strategy, this alliance will integrate Founderz’s educational technology into the development of new lifelong learning programs under the Blanquerna Extended brand, as well as progressively across various academic initiatives at the university.
Thanks to this agreement, Blanquerna-URL will drive new online learning formats based on personalized experiences, artificial intelligence agents, and adaptive learning tools.
“Universities play a key role in preparing the professionals who will lead the transformation driven by artificial intelligence. This alliance with Blanquerna-URL allows us to put our technology at the service of an educational model that is more personalized, flexible, and connected to the real needs of the future,” notes Pau Garcia-Milà, co-CEO and co-founder of Founderz. For his part, Jordi Riera, general director of Blanquerna-URL, highlights that “at Blanquerna-URL, we incorporate artificial intelligence as a support tool to better personalize learning, enrich simulations, connect knowledge, and prepare students for a changing professional environment, while preserving the value of relationships, guidance, and the human experience.”
A pilot project to transform the educational experience.
The collaboration will begin with the launch of the program “AI for Inclusive Education”, a pilot project to deploy Founderz’s technological platform within Blanquerna-URL’s educational innovation strategy.
The program will allow Blanquerna-URL to incorporate new digital methodologies such as content organized into microlearning capsules, continuous assessment activities, collaborative dynamics among students, and immediate feedback systems.
One of the main differentiating elements will be the incorporation of AI Fellows, intelligent assistants developed by Founderz to guide students during the learning process.
Technology to drive educational transformation.
The agreement also establishes a collaborative framework to explore new applications of artificial intelligence in higher education from a responsible, safe, and pedagogically sound perspective. Both entities will work together on the evolution of the teaching model, the personalization of learning through artificial intelligence, the development of new features for the technological platform, the evaluation of educational impact, and the promotion of innovation and applied research projects in higher education.
The model is based on a clear premise: using artificial intelligence as a support tool for faculty, reinforcing their ability to personalize learning and guide each student, without replacing their role in the educational process.
Starting with this first program, both organizations plan to progressively expand their collaboration by developing new programs within Blanquerna Extended and jointly exploring the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence in other educational areas at Blanquerna, such as bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
This alliance reinforces the shared commitment of Blanquerna and Founderz to educational innovation and lays the groundwork to explore new learning models, continuous training, and professional development supported by artificial intelligence, always from a responsible, people-centered approach.
