The educator Jesús Vilar, new secretary general of the URL

This September, the educator Jesús Vilar Martín joins the Rector Team of the URL as general secretary. Vilar replaces Dr. Anna Berga Timoneda who has held the position since 2012. The appointment of Dr. Jesús Vilar was made at the meeting of the University's Board of Trustees on June 20, 2023. Until now, the new secretary general of the URL has been the academic director of the Pere Tarrés-URL School of Social Education and Social Work and has combined his academic experience with a career linked to children and adolescents at risk and applied ethics.

The Rector Team comprises the following members:
