The University expert qualification in Bioactive Components for Food Use is a training programme that combines theory and a substantial practical component. The objective is to train specialists in the field of development of new products with a high added value, within a new to treat or prevent pathologies, and states of nutritional, dietetic and cosmetic deficiency, accelerating the recovery and improving the quality of life of those who are potentially affected.
