The Master in Food Innovation is a highly professionalising qualification that trains in the elaboration of functional foods. It provides knowledge of the business related foundations of the development of new products -legislation, manufacturing conditions, marketing, consumer behaviour and associated costs- and their applicability to emerging food-related environments with added nutritional value.
