The process of application and admission involves two stages:
This can be done at the school or on-line. When this is completed, the application will be given a corresponding receipt stating a date, time and place to do the entrance examination.

To be assigned a definitive place in July and formally complete an application or conditioned enrollment, it is vital to provide the previously stipulated documentation by July 1st at the latest.
for degree programs offering more than one timetable, whether the student can choose their preference will depend on the order of conditioned enrollment, and for those who formalize their enrollment in July, if there is still the option of choosing, they must keep in mind that priority is given based on the order of application.
The student must apply to the National University of Distance Education for the accreditation which confirms the fact that requirements are met in order to be able to enter the university system. (The "Selectivity exam" is therefore not necessary, but without accreditation, it will not be possible for the student to enroll in the degree.) Educational Systems which can use this format are the following: Germany, Andorra, Austria, European schools (European baccalaureate), International Baccalaureate, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latonia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, China and Cyprus.
You can apply to do our courses by validating a baccalaureate qualification at the Spanish Ministry of Education or local government education offices which are authorised to so like the Generalitat de Catalunya. The application for validation is sufficient for the student to enroll in degree courses, but final enrollment will depend on receiving final validation. This process can take up to 3 months so it must be begun at the same time as the enrollment procedure. If validation of the documentation necessary for enrollment cannot be obtained within the established deadlines, enrollment and related entrance tests will be considered invalid. Students who belong to a European Union country or are resident in Spain, and come from European educational Systems which have no recognised agreement with Spain, should contact the admissions department/registrar's office (email@example.com)
Blanquerna schools have an entrance test which is appropriate for each degree course, and which can be taken throughout the application period. The date of the test is assigned when enrollment is formalized and recorded on the application document. Passing the test corresponding to any Blanquerna degree will be honored for any Blanquerna degree, if the student were to decide to change degrees. However, it must be kept in mind that some degrees may have a specific test as a prerequisite. Students who pass the entrance examinations may apply for enrollment based on whether they pass “Selectivity” or "Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior".

The day of the test, the student must present the “Selectivity” exam result paper, if this is available. If the student is applying for International Relations or Global Communication Management, and if the student's mark is a 7 or more on the "selectivity" exam, the applicant still has to do the English placement test to gain admission.
When application is formalized a date for the test is assigned. If this date is not convenient, it can be changed for another available option. These dates correspond to the academic year 2019/2020:
If you are a student living outside Catalonia and cannot attend any of the on-site exams, at the time of pre-enrolment you can choose a online admission exam. We will contact you to verify that you cannot attend and we will propose a date to take the online test.
A few days after the respective entrance tests, admission results will be given. Dates will also be given for conditional and definitive enrollment. Those who have applied and passed the entrance exam before June 26, may request the conditional enrollment.
Payment of the course is made in interest-free installments. After enrolling, students will have two working days to pay 50% of the total cost of the credits they intend to study using the payment system they select, which will not be direct debit. The remaining 50% will be split into 9 monthly installments, due from October to June, which will be paid by direct debit. Bank details must be entered when students enroll. The prices will be updated each academic year. Enrollment conditions stipulate that fees paid cannot be refunded for any reason.
This note is merely a summary of the general enrollment conditions and thus has no contractual value. In case of any discrepancy, observe the “General Enrollment Conditions" stipulated in the receipt generated when enrolling, which serves as a contract between students and the Fundació Blanquerna and which students can consult at any time on the intranet at http://scala.blanquerna.edu.
Those who apply and pass the entrance tests may apply for a conditional enrollment based on passing “selectivity” or CFGS. At the time of enrollment the student can choose the timetable of classes in degrees that have two options, while there are places available. Students who pass the entrance exam and then enroll will be assigned a place (whether conditional or final) according to the order of their application. It is necessary to take into account, therefore, that in the period of enrollment (or conditional enrollment) places in a timetable may be filled. The place will be definitive if the student provides the necessary documents and scores for "Selectivity" or CFGS to the University and formally enrolls in July. Payment conditions are the same as definitive enrollment, so 50% of the overall fees must be paid. If the Student doesn’t pass “Selectivity” or CFGS, the enrollment fee will be returned and he / she will lose the place. If there are vacancies, there is the possibility of going on a waiting list and the money will be withheld, but there will no priority of choice of morning or afternoon timetable.
