If you are interested in meeting international students from all over the world, or have been on or are going on Erasmus and would like to help the foreign students who are coming to the university next semester, participate in the School’s Erasmus student mentoring program!!
To be a Mentor you must have, more than anything, a desire to help and be willing to solve doubts that foreign students might have, and to guide them when needed during the semester, even when classes are online.
This year, it will be also necessary to adapt to the circumstances: whether meetings are allowed or not, whether it is possible to meet in small committees, etc. To help them feel at home in the city and at the university, and to help familiarize them with the environment, the restrictions and the situation here.
If you are interested in mentoring foreign students during the first semester of this upcoming academic year, please fill out this form BEFORE JUNE 21st 2021.
There are 15 openings available which will be awarded to students on a first-come, first-served basis and taking into account what has been reported in the form. A waiting list will be made up with the names of those students whose applications arrive after the openings have been filled;
One essential requirement in order to be accepted to participate in the program is to attend the WELCOME DAY that will be held with the foreign students on September 9th at 9:00 pm at the School.
At a later date, we will send an email to everyone who has signed up for the program to organize a meet-and-greet and to give everyone more information.
