In 2026, Blanquerna Universitat Ramon Llull is participating in the Continuing Training and Professional Qualification program promoted by the Consorci per a la Formació Contínua de Catalunya, with fully subsidized training courses at no cost to participants.

These Continuing Training and Professional Qualification plans are primarily geared towards:

Employed workers.
Workers affected by an ERTO (temporary layoff).
Self-employed workers.
Unemployed workers registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (*limited places across all plans per call).

The requirements to participate in this training plan are detailed in Order TSF/30/2020 of March 11, under base 12 of Annex 1, and are as follows:

Salaried workers who provide their services in private companies or public entities not included in the scope of application of the public administration training agreements, and who contribute to Social Security for vocational training for employment.
Unemployed workers (limited places).
Workers in any of the following situations: workers on intermittent contracts during periods of non-employment, workers who become unemployed while in a training period, or workers subject to employment regulation procedures during periods of employment suspension (ERTO or ERO).
Workers attached to the special system for salaried workers included in the general Social Security scheme during periods of inactivity, the special scheme for self-employed workers, the special regime for sea workers, and any other Social Security schemes that do not contribute toward vocational training.
Caregivers of people in situations of dependency may participate in training actions specific to their activity

Public administration workers are excluded: Except for personnel serving the public administration who can certify, by means of a certificate, that the organization where they work is not included in the scope of application of the Public Administration Training agreements and that they contribute to Social Security for vocational training for employment.

Yes. There is a maximum limit of 30% for unemployed workers. Remember that if you are a worker in an ERTO or ERO process and have your contract suspended, you do not count as an unemployed worker, and therefore this limitation does not apply.

You must still complete the pre-enrollment, and our technical team will process your request to try to secure a place in the course, according to student selection criteria.

No, the course is fully subsidized, so there is no cost. However, if the course you wish to access has an exam fee or official certification fee, these fees are not subsidized.

Yes, at the end of the course, students will receive a certificate of achievement or attendance featuring the logos of the Consortium for Continuing Training of Catalonia, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, and the Blanquerna-Universitat Ramon Llull Foundation.

Participants who need it may also request a Specialization Certificate issued by the University (check conditions).
