May 29, 2017

Students of the Master's degree in Protocol, Institutional Relations and Strategic Event Management traveled to Rome last week to learn about the official Italian protocol, the Vatican protocol and the international diplomatic protocol.

The visits were complemented by different classes given by academics, and a session with the Spanish ambassador to the Holy See, Eduardo Gutiérrez Sáenz de Buruaga.

In addition to this, students were able to talk about the protocol of the next G7 summit, to be held on 26 and 27 this month in Taormina, Italy, with its organizer, Cristiano Cottafavi. Cottafavi is the Director of the Department of Diplomatic Protocol of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
