Administration is a place where students’ academic files are managed and kept and it is where the following services are carried out:
Enrolments: Enrolments are always done here and it is ultimately the student’s responsibility to know which subjects to enrol to do. It is necessary to have previously pre-enrolled at the Service of Information and Student Orientation (SIOE).
Applications and administrative processes
Requesting and acquiring qualifications: once all the credits have been achieved in order to be awarded a qualification it is necessary to request the qualification at administration during its established timetable. When the Ramon Llull University issues the qualifications and sends them to each centre’s administrative service, the student will receive a letter to inform him/her when it can be collected.
