The Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sport Sciences Blanquerna-URL organises its own in-house degrees with three main objectives:

  • To make the knowledge generated in the different research groups available to society.
  • To contribute to professional specialisation in the fields of education, psychology, sports and speech and language therapy through innovation.
  • To further deepen the ties between society and enterprise and between society and the university.

These three objectives make up the content of the different courses in which more than 300 professors and professionals, along with more than 45 institutions, participate.

In accordance with the norms proposed by the Council of Universities, the postgraduate programmes in the Faculty are made up of the following degrees:

  • Master’s Degree: These have at least 60 ECTS and at most 120 ECTS. They are characterised by having curricula defined in the ECTS system and an obligatory Master’s Final Project is compulsory. If students gain admission into the programme by holding a university degree, they earn a 'Master degree', but if they are admitted without a university degree, they earn a 'University Extension Diploma'.
  • Specialisation Diplomas: These have at least 30 ECTS and at most 59 ECTS. They have the same characteristics as Master’s degrees, and students are recommended, though not obligated, to perform a Master’s Final Project to earn the degree. If students gain admission into the programme by holding a university degree, they earn a 'Specialisation Diploma' but if they are admitted without a university degree, they earn a 'University Extension Diploma'.
  • University Expert Diplomas: These have between 15 and 30 ECTS. If students gain admission into the programme by holding a university degree, they earn a 'University Expert Diploma', but if they are admitted without a university degree, they earn a 'University Extension Diploma'.

Here you will find all the information you need to gain admission into the in-house degrees offered by the Faculty. Click on any of the menu options below to see information on admission into the official Master’s degrees.
