The Registrar's Office is where students academic records are kept and where students should address in case of needing:
After passing all the credits required for a specific degree, students must ask for the certificate to be issued at the Registrar's Office within the times and dates established. After the URL has issued the certificates/degrees and they have reached the Registrar's Office of the different learning centres, students will be duly informed to collect them.
Enrolment is always done in the Registrar's Office and it is the student’s responsibility to know which subjects she or he has enrolled for.
