Every year we receive more than 70 students from all over the world. You can be one of them and come to our School through our different mobility programs, such as Erasmus or other bilateral agreements. First, you have to talk to your home university to see if your School has an exchange agreement with our School. All universities must NOMINATE their students by sending an email (Name, Surname, email, degree, and semester) to the International Office before:
15th May for first semester (Fall) students
15th October for the second semester (Spring) students
We only contact students once they have been nominated by their home universities.
Students must sent the required documents by email to the International Office before:
15th June for first semester (Fall) students
15th November for second semester (Spring) students
Applications are only accepted within the Deadline
After being nominated by their home university, exchange students will receive an email with documents and instructions.
Once we received the application form fully filled in and all the required documents, we will send a letter of acceptance by email. Hard copies of the acceptance letters will be sent only to students who have to apply for a visa.

Students do not need to provide evidence of their Spanish or Catalan level by sending certificates, but please note that a student who does not have the required language skills may have difficulty participating in classes and may eventually fail the exams and therefore not obtain the corresponding credits. Recommended level of Spanish and/or Catalan B1, minimum.

Once Exchange students have been nominated by their home universities, we will contact them with more updated information regarding our courses. Exchange students must be flexible in their course preferences as course offerings can change sometimes.
Definitive timetables will be delivered to students upon arrival, on Welcome Day.

When looking for accommodation, it’s best to use the services of institutions and organisations dedicated to that purpose, as recommended by Barcelona Centre Universitari (BCU): www.bcu.cat/en

We highly recommend exchange students to look for accommodation in advance, as finding accommodation in Barcelona might be difficult sometimes

Students from Non-Schengen countries: as soon as they receive the letter of acceptance from our School, they should go to the Spanish Diplomatic Offices (consulate or embassy) and apply for a Study Visa. Exchange students must foresee spending at least €1,000 a month on living expenses.
350€-500€ (room in a shared appartment) 700€-1.200 € (non-shared apartment)
Take into account that, when renting an appartment, the first month you will have to pay a three-month deposit. This deposit will be returned to you if the appartment is in good conditions at the end of you stay. Also, pay attention to gas, electricity and water expenses.
