Linda Marie Dyrlid and her research group, which work in the field of migration and have recently received an important Norwegian I+D research fund by part of the Norwegian Research Council, have developed strong ties and close collaboration across the past six years with Prof Dr Valeria Bello, coordinator of the research line on migration within Globalcode.

The visiting time, also funded by the Norwegian Research Council, was intended to allow Linda Marie to develop part of her research project here in Barcelona, and to consider in depth with our Blanquerna professor Valeria Bello possibilities of research collaborations between Globalcode and NTNU.

As a final output of this visiting, Valeria Bello and Linda Matrie Dyrlid have organized a Brown Bag Lunch event, on Friday 18 November, to discuss the overlapping research interest on migration narratives that Blanquerna and NTNU share and how to use this to further the collaboration between the two universities.
