Document Sourcing Service
The purpose of the SOD (Document Obtaining Service) is to locate and obtain documents that are not available in Blanquerna Libraries.
We also provide documents from our collection to other centers and institutions that request them.
Who can use it:
- Faculty, research and teaching staff and administration and service staff and students of the Blanquerna Foundation (it is essential to contact your library before using the service for the first time). This service lets you request documents that are not in Blanquerna Libraries.
- Centers external to the Blanquerna Foundation: this service lets you request documents from the collections of the Blanquerna Libraries. Contact us at [email protected]
What to ask for:
- Copies of journal articles and parts of books, upholding the Intellectual Property Law. Loan of books or documents in other formats.
- Copies of journal articles and parts of books will be provided directly to the requesting person. Books borrowed from libraries external to Blanquerna must be viewed exclusively in the library where the user has requested the document. Books on interlibrary loan will be available to the requesting person for a period of 15 days.
