Workrooms
The libraries of the three Blanquerna-URL schools offer the possibility of reserving rooms for students who need a space to conduct group work. In addition, these classes feature materials such as whiteboards, computers, projection screens, and anatomical models, in the case of the School of Health Sciences.
School of Psychology, Education and Sport Sciences

Capacity
- 10 people if both rooms are booked at the same time (it is a partitioned room)
- 6 people in one of the partitioned rooms
- 4 people in the other partitioned room

- Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Who can use it?
- Students, faculty and staff of Blanquerna-URL who have reserved in advance
- Students from the rest of Ramon Llull University can use the room if it is not booked up
How can the room be booked?
- In-person at the library
- Routing an e-mail at: [email protected]. At this case, the request will be effective at the moment that get the response of confirmation.
- The reservation will maintain until pasts 10 minutes of the hour signified. Once passed this time misses the reservation.
Rule of use of the room
- Before occupying the room, it is necessary that identify you at the counter of loan.

- URL students, as long as the room is not reserved

- Bookings are for a maximum of 2 hours, which can be extended if there is no group in the following time slot
- Email bookings are not final until the confirmation response has been received

Booking rules
- Bookings are for a maximum of 3 hours. The booking will be held for the first 20 minutes. After this time has elapsed, the booking will be lost.
- The person booking the room is responsible for its proper use: all furniture must be treated with respect, no eating or drinking in the room, the volume of devices and speaking voices must be kept low, and the door must be kept shut
- In the event of a breach of these regulations, no further bookings shall be allowed for the following 6 months
