Do you really know what eating a balanced diet means? In this course, we will go beyond the typical advice to understand how to build a daily eating plan with discernment. You will learn to organize meals according to different real-life situations (classes, exams, sports, busy days...), interpret needs, and make sensible decisions.

We will work with practical cases, real examples, and group dynamics to move from consuming information... to knowing how to apply it. You will come away with clear tools to structure your daily eating in an autonomous, flexible, and realistic way.
