Summary

This professional training course, designed for journalism graduates, offers an intensive specialization in economic and financial journalism. With a practical and theoretical approach, the program provides the necessary tools to understand and cover complex news from the world of business, macroeconomics and the stock market.

The syllabus is structured into six key modules that range from business fundamentals and labor law to financial analysis and balance sheet interpretation. The course also delves into the macroeconomic indicators (GDP, inflation, unemployment), the stock markets and fiscal and monetary policy. Finally, it covers the global economy and international trade relations.

The sessions combine theory with intensive practice. Through six practical workshops, students will have the opportunity to write informative and analytical pieces on topics such as employment, corporate financial results, stock market trends and public budgets. These activities aim to consolidate the knowledge acquired and improve skills in the use of language specific to economics.

The course lasts 36 hours, split into six modules and a practical methodology based on the real-life application of tools and use cases, and a period of work placements.
