As a student at Ramon Llull University, you have a virtual student ID card integrated into the AppURL. This app allows you to access the Digital Smart University Card (TUI), view university information, and enjoy benefits and discounts.
You can get the app on the Apple Store or Google Play.

Students enrolled in the first year of any bachelor’s degree will receive an email with the dates and address to pick up the uniform they need to complete their practical credits.

Fill out and digitally sign the Documentation Declaration linked to the External Internships. Once signed, you must upload it to the Document Repository.

In this document you will find the instructions to report your Social Security Number (NUSS) through SCALA, if you have not done so at the time of enrollment, as it is mandatory to carry out the internships. This must be done before the last school day of October.
International students: in order to do the internships, it is mandatory to have a valid passport, apply for the NIE, and obtain the NUSS (Social Security Number). The NIE can be requested at the Consular Office in your place of residence.

The School has implemented the use of digital signatures for internships, so you must complete the process to obtain your electronic certificate, as it will be mandatory for the entire internship process.
You can also obtain your digital ID and electronic signature using the DNIe, Cl@ve PIN, Cl@ve Permanente, or FNMT-RCM, among others.

During the last two weeks of September, students coming from an Advanced Vocational Training Cycle, following the instructions, can request the validation of subjects they have taken and passed.
Students coming from other university bachelor’s degrees, by following the instructions, can request the recognition of subjects through the Bachelor’s Degree Recognition Request form and by filling out this document.
The request (form) is submitted once, in the 1st year, for all studies.

Students from other countries and/or non-Catalan-speaking autonomous communities must attend the language immersion course on the following days:
EXTENSIVE CLASSES 2026-2027
From September 17/18 until late September or early October, classes will be 1 hour per week (2-3 p.m.) at Padilla. The day (Thursday or Friday) will be decided according to the students’ schedules.

The School provides lockers free of charge to students for the entire academic year. If you want to request your locker at the main Padilla campus, fill out the Padilla Form. If you want to request your locker at the Martí Codolar campus, fill out the Martí Codolar Form.
