This course aims to provide specialized training in body composition assessment, integrating innovative and evidence-based tools for professional practice in health, nutrition, and sports.
Apply body composition assessment to design personalized interventions and improve nutritional monitoring.
Optimize sports performance through the advanced interpretation of body parameters in different athlete profiles.
Acquire competencies in current measurement technologies specific to the field of human nutrition and dietetics.
Integrate a multidimensional approach, combining bioimpedance and nutritional ultrasound for a more complete and precise assessment.

Bioimpedance is a non-invasive technique that allows for the determination of total body water and fat-free mass, which is essential for assessing a person's general health through an assessment of their nutritional status.
