SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE 2021-2022
For the academic year 2021-2022 the Blanquerna's Schools- Ramon Llull University offers 20 grants for excellent academic results:
The grants for excellent academic results mean enrolment and tuition 80% free of charge for the academic year 2021-2022. This situation will continue as long as excellent results are maintained up to the completion of the course.
Number of places:
Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sport Sciences: 6 places
School of Health Science: 2 places
School of Communication and International Relations: 5 places
Blanquerna-IQS (Farmacy Degree): 2 places (in this case the grants for excellent academic results mean enrolment and tuition 50% free of charge).
Who can apply?
All students in Baccalaureate, LOE and LOGSE (Spanish Educational new and old laws for secondary education) who have a minimum average of 85% and students in CFGS (Occupational training courses) with a minimum average of 90% who want to access University for the first time.
When to apply?
From 6 April to 14th June 2021.
How to apply?
The Application Form must be filled in and the following documentation must be attached:
- Certificate of academic results
- Photocopy of student's ID
- 1 passport-size photograph
- Before 28th June 2021, in case of Baccalaureate LOE and LOGSE students must also present the PAU results document.
Tests to be done
For each course, prospective students will do a specific test.
Date: 16th June 2021 at 10.00h.
Place: Faculty or School where the course will be done.
Blanquerna-URL reserves the right not to give all the grants after assessing all the applications and tests.
Applying for an excellent academic results grant does not interfere in the parallel process of applying for a place.
When will the outcome be made public?
The outcome will be made public on 23th June 2021 after 16.00h. All applicants will receive a personal letter with the outcome.

School of Communication and International Relations: 2 places
Who can apply?
All students with a university degree who have entered directly to study an official masters degrees with a minimum average of 75% in the degree they have finished. The average of the credits studied will be calculated according to the following criteria:
- numeric: the original figure
- letters: C: 55%; B: 75%; A+: 90%; A++: 100%; validated officially from other universities: 55%, validated numerically: its own value.
When to apply?
From 6 April to 28th June 2021.
How to apply?
The Application Form must be filled in and the following documentation must be attached:
- Certificate of academic results
- Curriculum vitae
- Photocopy of student's ID
- 1 passport-size photograph
Tests to be done
For each course, prospective students will do a specific test.
Date: 7th July 2021 at 10.00h.
Place: Faculty or School where the course will be done.
Fundació Blanquerna reserves the right not to give all the grants after having assessed all the applications and tests. Also, in case of a tie in the test, the Faculty can split the grant between two candidates at a rate of 40% for each student.
Applying for an excellent academic results grant does not interfere in the parallel process of applying for a place.
When will the outcome be made public?
The outcome will be made public on 16th July 2021 after 16h. All applicants will receive a personal letter with the outcome.
