As the European Union sub-rates, gender equality is not just a question of social justice, but it affects the performance of teaching and research. Nonetheless, this was frequently received and applied in an insufficient way. In addition to the actions promoted by the PDC, here are several documents presented to collaborate in the understanding and application of the gender perspective in research.
