The purpose of this Master’s is to specialise in the field of work and organisational psychology for graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders who want to develop their careers in the field of managing people. Our aim is to provide multidisciplinary, high-quality training that meets the challenges posed by society to professionals who want to work in this area within organisations.
This Master’s provides an overview of all the aspects included in the area of human resources (technical competences) and this area’s relation with the other areas within the organisation. It is likewise an opportunity to develop both personal and interpersonal competences in a practical, applied setting.
We remain faithful to the directives established by the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP), an organisation whose main mission is to support the development and practice of work and organisational psychology (W&O Psychology) in Europe, as well as to promote cooperation between scholars and professionals in the sector.
Admission to the University Master's in Work, Organizational Psychology and Human Resources requires students to hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
