A year ago we managed uncertainty, this year we are managing constant change in our classrooms. Since 2020 we are in a time of emergency that transforms and rethinks the way we educate. In this course we will work on different resources to apply child support and classroom management.

The main objective of the course is to provide tools to accompany children in emotional well-being and social relationships, to live happily and consciously in their environment. That is why we will work from self-esteem to friendship. The resources offered in this course will serve the teacher to assess personal competence.

This course is part of the "Emotional well-being and creativity to be and do together" program of the JOV Foundation, which has been developed in different schools in recent years.

objectives

Know resources that allow them to detect the uniqueness and potential of students, to accompany them.

Apply tools to accompany in the management of emotions of the alumnado.

Acquire resources to accompany students in social relations.

Have a vision of the special uniqueness of each student.

Teacher

methodology

  • The course is divided into different modules, each with a reflective theoretical part, which will take us to practice in the classroom. The method relates the different knowledge experienced to the new learning, with the aim that the teacher, from its essence, can accompany the uniqueness of the students taking into account their life itinerary. We will work from listening, leaving time, thus creating a space of trust and security, promoting the participation of all teachers, as the experiences are a source of wealth for the whole group.
  • Each module has support material and some of them provide reading and exercises for individual work, collected in a dossier. The trainer will accompany the participants in the course of the course in a close way.
  • This course is part of the program "Emotional well-being and creativity to be and do together" of the JOV method based on 2 axes: Self-knowledge and creativity.
