The Research Group in Education, Society and Innovation with the Support of the Information and Communication Technologies focuses its research on leadership in social-educational transformation through four main areas:

  • Territory, education and inclusion: new networked models of organisation and educational leadership.
  • Educational innovation with the support of ICT, and spearheading this innovation.
  • Social-educational participation and mediation: leadership skills.
  • Ethics of educational and organisational leadership.

Brief CV
Diploma in Teacher Training, specialisation in Experimental Sciences at the Blanquerna University Teachers College. Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Humanities, Education and Teaching Section with a specialisation in Social Education from the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona with a thesis on “Concept, Training and Professionalisation of Social Educators, Social Workers and Social Instructors. Comparison and Contrast of Their Interventions with Children”.
He is currently a Full Professor of Education at Ramon Llull University and the Vice Rector of Academic Policy and Assistant to the Rector at the same university. He is the author of numerous articles, books and book chapters on education, social pedagogy and educational innovation.
